News Bidding Projects

At Integrity Engineering, we provide a complete and thorough set of plans and specifications (construction documents), that clearly define the project details for the contractor. This detailed design process also provides for the most competitive bidding situation on the construction, which represents most of the project cost. Our experience has been that a well prepared set of construction documents and a properly administered bidding process by an independent knowledgeable consultant provides the highest quality finished product with the lowest project cost.

Our attention to detail in the design process provides the owner a project that is clear to understand and easy to bid. When a contractor prepares a bid on a project where the scope is clearly defined, he has less risk, and can provide more competitive pricing. This design effort results in a quality product that the owner deserves and a project that is well within budget.
